Moriel Health Care Ltd provides domiciliary care and is the data controller for personal information we collect about clients, carers, staff, and suppliers. We process personal data only where necessary to deliver care, meet contractual and legal obligations, and to protect the health, safety, and welfare of service users. We may process special category data such as health and medical information; this is done under appropriate legal bases and with additional safeguards. We collect only the minimum data required, keep records accurate and retain information for defined periods in line with regulatory guidance and our retention schedule.

We carry out robust pre‑employment checks, right‑to‑work verification and ongoing supervision of care staff, and we include anti‑slavery obligations in contracts with recruitment partners and key suppliers.
